Wall art prints which keep those hazy Summer vibes going all year round

Spread some Summer love around your home with these colourful posters. Holiday vibes which last all year long

Hands up who is enjoying this heat wave right now…..!?

Anyone?!

I do love the warm Summery weather (I think I love the cool breeze more at the moment though!) and wish we had more of it all year round. This got me thinking, how can we capture the essence of those lazy Summer days and let them bring a smile to our faces all year round…

I am a big fan of wall art – it is often an area which is overlooked but it adds big impact to any room and creates talking points. Along the same lines as photos, a picture paints 1000 words and dressing your walls with art can inspire and evoke emotions.

Sprinkling some Summer inspired wall art prints around the home will bring happiness and bring back the feelings of those hazy dusky evenings – which we all enjoy, especially with a glass of vino in hand!

I have scoured the net to bring you my favourite selection of summery art prints.

“The Swimmer” print captures all of those fuzzy summer hues. Perfect peaches, marvellous mint greens and sun bleached ivories. I could really do with a bit of salty sea air – I am in desperate need of a holiday and this print instantly transports me to a carefree and relaxed place!

Up next is something which definitely evokes summer for me – the classic cocktail for the sunny months and for when you are channeling some hot holiday vibes. The mojito!! Frame this classic cocktail recipe poster (by Desenio) to remind you of a very easy way to bring Summer vibes to your home.

What run down of the best summer inspired wall art posters would be complete without some ocean scenes?!

I am obsessed with the sea and everything to do with it – this water laced print is certainly no exception to my love affair.

TOP TIP : try using different ways to hang your art prints to add personality and individuality to your home. The snap below from Urban Outfitters uses a copper/rose gold bulldog clip – perfect for swapping art posters at your whim.

Fun foliage is another way you can extend those Summer vibes at home for the whole year. These wooden totally tropical wall plaques do just that, but in a natural and less obvious way. Botanical plants are hot right now but will always evoke feelings of far away shores. Bleached linen, dreamy driftwood and chalky whites – all working to create those hints of escapism. Just what you need after a stressful day! πŸ™‚

Next up is one of my favourite types of posters. Vintage travel posters.

They are quirky, colourful and encapsulate those carefree holiday vibes. Again, another perfect way to inject summer easy breezy vibes into the home.

Here is an Italian Lakes vintage inspired travel poster from TK Maxx…. and at only Β£16.99 it is a bargain!

Last but not least, Summer wouldn’t be Summer without avocados! They are the hottest vegetable (or fruit?? no idea!) at the moment and you will find them everywhere in interiors and fashion as well as everywhere food related. It might be a little bit obscure, but Β they definitely give me the summer happiness vibes.
